Eligible Issues for Replacement

Kindly mention the issue number while requesting a replacement.
🔴 Video Requirement (Mandatory)

A complete unboxing video is required, recorded continuously without any cuts, edits, or transitions.

Please charge the product for at least 10 minutes before reporting a non-working condition.

Only videos fulfilling these requirements will be accepted for warranty claims.
🔴 Product Condition

The product must be free from scratches, dents, or any signs of physical damage.

Products showing physical damage will be considered customer-caused and will not qualify under warranty.
💰 Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days (Refund TAT: 7 Days) after successful verification and approval of the claim.

Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Important Note
Warranty claims are applicable only for the above-mentioned five issues. Requests outside these conditions will not be eligible for replacement or refund under warranty.
